The Mighty Mag
The Mighty Mag was created to help in mounting and holding dial indicators, finger stops, or similar devices. Rather than incorporating features that add little to this basic function, the simplicity of the Mighty Mag permits the widest application at the lowest cost. This lightweight unit is small enough to fit almost anywhere, and with 45 lbs of holding force, will stay where it’s put.
The overall size of the Mighty Mag is 1.00″ x 1.00″ x 4.50″. The unit also has two thru holes for holding different size rods, as well as several tapped holes to mount threaded rods.

Our Story
Westhoff Machine is a third-generation, family owned company selling parts to the Tool & Die industry. It is also home to the Mighty Mag®. Created by founder Don Westhoff in 1960, the Mighty Mag is solely manufactured by Westhoff Machine. Westhoff is currently run by sisters, Rachel Johnson and Elizabeth Baumgartner who took over for their father, Allen Westhoff who ran the company for over 35 years.
